This Privacy Policy explains how NZmark Pte Ltd (“NZmark”, “we”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data through amp-lif-ai.com, in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). It applies to innovators (startups), partners, sponsors, subscribers and other Site visitors.
1. Data protection officer (DPO)
We have appointed a data protection officer you can contact about this policy or your personal data: pdpa@n-z-mark.com, 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422.
2. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Identity & contact data — name, job title, organisation, email, phone, country/market.
Application data (innovators) — startup name, stage, sector, traction, and pitch materials / decks you upload.
Partner & sponsor enquiry data — organisation details, areas of interest, package interest and indicative budget.
Booking data — details you provide when scheduling a call.
Newsletter data — email address and subscription preferences.
Technical & usage data — IP address, device/browser, pages viewed and interactions, collected via cookies and analytics (see Part C).
3. How we collect it
We collect personal data directly from you when you complete forms, book a call, subscribe, upload materials or email us; and automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Site.
4. Purposes for which we use personal data
We use personal data to:
respond to enquiries and administer applications, partnerships and sponsorships;
assess eligibility and select program participants;
arrange calls, meetings and program activities, including at the APACMed MedTech Forum;
send program updates, newsletters and marketing you have consented to receive;
operate, secure, analyse and improve the Site; and
comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We rely on your consent, deemed consent, or other lawful bases under the PDPA (including the legitimate interests exception) as applicable.
5. Disclosure of personal data
We may disclose personal data to:
APACMed and confirmed program partners, accelerators, investors and mentors, where relevant to administering the program (for example, to facilitate warm introductions you have asked for or consented to);
service providers who process data on our behalf — including website hosting, online forms, email, analytics and development tooling;
professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.
We require our processors to protect personal data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
6. Transfers outside Singapore
Application data for the Amplifai workspaces is stored in Singapore. Some services that support the programme — website hosting, online forms, email, analytics and development tooling — process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, NZmark takes steps to ensure the recipient is bound to a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
7. Consent and withdrawal
By submitting personal data you consent to its use as described. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our DPO, and you can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any email. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer process your application or provide certain Services.
8. Access and correction
Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year. Contact our DPO; we will respond within the timeframes required by the PDPA. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests.
9. Accuracy, protection and retention
We make reasonable efforts to keep personal data accurate and to protect it with appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
10. Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. See Part C — Cookie & Consent Policy for details and your choices.
11. Third-party sites
The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to them; review their privacy notices.
12. Children
The Site and program are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
13. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the current version; material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
